Update video on Carmen and her seven puppies. The dogs were abandoned in a Sandy apartment parking lot. The Humane Society of Utah is fostering the family until the puppies are old enough to be adopted.
Latest update as of March 14: The puppies are beginning to open their eyes and everyone is doing well!
